Sam is simply seamless. She possesses a true understanding of the vision for your wedding day. During our initial meeting, I conveyed my desired vibe - pink, pretty, and floral. Sam not only grasped my vision but also meticulously noted down all the specific details for the big day. On the morning of our wedding, I had absolutely nothing to worry about (which, for any bride, is incredibly wonderful). Sam and her team arrived at our venue, Farmhill Weddings, and flawlessly set everything up. They ensured all vendors were on track, even sending me a heartfelt text to wish me a happy morning. Upon my arrival at the venue, I was genuinely moved to tears because it exceeded my imagination. Take a look at the pictures for the exquisite details.
Now, let's talk about the rentals:
Her white collection perfectly matched the vibe of our wedding, and I was delighted that she incorporated it into her shop, allowing us to customize them. We also used her vases, flameless candles, and table numbers to add those beautiful finishing touches.

Samantha was nothing short of incredible. She was extremely organized and put our minds at ease from day 1. She knew all the right questions to ask so that our day would run seamlessly. Our wedding day had lots of rain in the forecast yet Samantha stayed positive the entire time and provided us various options to ensure our happiness. She pulled out all the stops and went above and beyond to make sure we could get married outside in the location we had dreamed of. Her attention to detail and genuine kindness didn’t go unnoticed. I honestly couldn't imagine our wedding weekend without Sam. From organizing our chaotic crew for the rehearsal dinner to managing a rainstorm on the wedding day, she handled everything with grace and a huge smile and ensured the day went smoothly. I enjoyed my day to the fullest because of Sam; of course, the unfortunate weather forecast put a damper on the day, but Sam assured me everything would be fine and put her Plan B in full force. I genuinely don’t know what we would have done without Sam on our wedding day. Sam and I had an in depth meeting before our wedding day, where I told her everything we hoped for. Of course she delivered and went above and beyond the day of the wedding. Sam came to our venue at 6am and worked hours upon hours to make all of our visions come true. Sam made every portion of our space special through her creative eye and talent. Things I didn’t even think to style were styled beautifully when I walked into our space. Sam’s rentals are amazing quality and beautiful and added so much to our space. I cannot express how appreciative we are of Sam. I can not recommend her enough!

“So many of our guests commented on how amazing and professional Sam was”
Sam was our everything person on our wedding day! She was our coordinator, decorator, sign maker, and our biggest cheerleader. But even more than that she was our everything person for the month leading up to our wedding too. Any bumps in the road we ran into - Sam was our problem solver and sometimes therapist haha. She was able to reassure us that everything would be okay. Even if our officiant fell ill 2 days before our wedding and couldn't be there anymore.
Sam made our vision come to life, helped us run on time and made sure every single detail was perfect. So many of our guests commented on how amazing and professional Sam was. I didn't have to worry about a thing with Sam. As a type A bride, I needed someone with Sam's skills to be able to relax and really enjoy my day. She totally exceeded every expectation I had.

Hiring Sam as a day-of coordinator was far and above the BEST investment we made in our wedding day! Sam was fantastic leading up to the day answering all my many questions and offering advice on all thing design, timing and organization. Most importantly, I was able to have a completely stress-free wedding day knowing she was handling all the set up details and making sure everyone (including me!) stayed on schedule. She even conducted a pre-ceremony emergency dress repair. Sam goes above and beyond and always with a smile on her face.
We also rented signage and decor from Sam and she made the rental process so seamless and easy.
