Perfect for the backyard tent or barn wedding as there are a million reasons why you should be cautious in setting anything up days or nights before your Wedding. Weather, wild animals, storms etc are all a real thing and you never know what could happen! Let Sam take away the stress and be your point of contact for your Wedding Day. PACKAGE 1:

Full Wedding Day Set Up + Coordination

I know exactly how you are feeling! You are excited to plan your wedding head to toe.. and you know you can handle it… but when it comes to the actual day.. how are you going to oversee everything to make sure its perfect? How are you going to be out in your tent with your fresh hair and makeup in 30 degree heat trying to set up your tables? How are you going to problem solve something that pops up when you have a ceremony to get to? This is where your gal, Samantha (& team!) comes in to take all your stress away.

I’m not your Wedding planner.. but I am your Wedding Coordinator and Manager. From setting up your table decor and flatware, managing all your vendors, managing your timeline, ensuring both bridal parties are set and ready, problem solving, being that point of contact for anyone and everyone for the day.. so know one bugs you ever! Not even me! I want your day to be as stress free, relaxing and intentful. I want you to be able to soak in every moment, without worrying if the wine is on the tables or the candles are lit before guests walk in. Let me take care of those small elements of your big day!

Full Wedding Day Set Up

After many years of experience, I am crowning myself the Backyard Tent Wedding Queen! I know everything there is to know about running a perfect, beautiful and enjoyable Tent wedding. A big part of having a backyard wedding, is knowing the elements you’re up against and having a plan in place to make sure your set up goes smoothly!

One thing that keeps me up at night is thinking about a Client setting up their tent wedding days before their event, only to have a storm come through leaving a trail of broken glass in its path, an animal breaking in eating all your favours and trashing your tables or a huge weather shift come in leaving condensation and moisture everywhere resulting in wrinkles and dirty glassware. Oh the horror! I created this service so you can have a ‘Tent fairy Godmother’ come in the morning of your wedding, set up your dream tables capes and decor vignettes, and be gone by noon!

PACKAGE THREE:

Wedding Day Hybrid: Full Wedding Day Set Up + Ceremony Coordination

After reading through the two above packages, you might find yourself thinking, I kind of need a little bit of help, but maybe not a full day! And I totally understand that! Feel like you may need some guidance down the aisle, but then you have everything under control? Do you have one Florals and Decor that need to be moved from The Ceremony space to the Reception, but don’t want to do it yourself? This is the service for you!

This ‘Hybrid’ Services includes Full Day Set Up of your Wedding + a ‘Mini’ Coordination of your Ceremony! This ensures you and your Bridal Party are on time, in place and everything runs smoothly! After the Ceremony is over and the space is cleared, we can repurpose and reuse some of your Florals and Decor in other spaces, so you get more bang for your buck! Someone to light the candles and do those last minute touches!

This Package starts at $1250.
