The Invitation Process

Step 1.

Welcome welcome! Okay, this may be my most fun part. Here I really get to know you both & your love story! How fun! Basically we get the conversation started about your needs, wants & vision for your suite. From there, I create your very own portal (I know.. pretty high tech right!) where we get to have a secret space on the web to fully design and create your suite. We start talking colours, inspiration (cue the Pinterest pinning!) and come to an agreement on your basic needs.

Step 2.

Now we get creating! Here I gather what you want your suite to say - in wedding world we call this your ‘text’. Once we have your text all laid out, I get to sketching! This is the first sketch of how everything will be ‘laid out’ - the difference between this and a revision is that this is the initial snow ball roll into the snowman? Get it? Haha! This sketch will be my pencil to paper and will simply be scanned in your portal for you to tell me that the stars are alining and we have the same vision in our minds. You give me the thumbs up to really put pen to paper and I get to creating!

Step 3.

Revisions! Here at Samantha Ann & Co, you get 3 revisions to make your suite absolutely perfect! Here we ensure every detail is perfect! I’m confident you won’t even need to use all 3, but just know theres time to make tweaks here and there to really make everything exactly how you visioned it!

Step 4.

The final proof! I get sad here! This means my time with you is almost done.. here you get to sign off on the final Printing Proof of your suite. From there your suite gets sent off to the printers and we wait! I love this step too because I get to use Canadian, local printing shops to make your suites. I just love supporting other local businesses!

Step 5.

You get the very best happy mail ever!! Your invites get shipped to you and you get to oooh and aaaah over them (try not to drool too much!!) before you get to send them out to your loved ones. Then you pretty much get to try on lots of dresses, sample lots of cake, and get ready for the big day!!
